高速轮轨黏着特性影响因素研究

         

摘要

The two-dimensional model considering surface roughness was established to calculate the adhesion force under the existence of the third medium between high-speed wheel and rail. The partial elastohydrody-namic lubrication theory was applied and the multi-grid method was used as the numerical tool. The influence of parameters of train speeds, contact pressures, wheel radii and surface roughness and factors of different types of third media on the wheel-rail adhesion characteristics was investigated and the affecting mechanisms of the above parameters and factors were analyzed numerically. The results of the numerical high-speed wheel-rail adhesion model and the JD-1 test were compared. The changing tendency of the numerical model results is the same as that of JD-1 test results and their values fit well.%基于轨道及车轮表面粗糙度的考虑,建立在“第三介质”存在时高速轮轨黏着力的二维计算模型.借助于部分膜弹流理论以多重网格技术为数值计算工具,讨论速度、接触压力、轮径、轮轨表面粗糙度参数及不同“第三介质”等因素对轮轨间黏着特性的影响,对这些因素引起轮轨黏着特性变化的机理进行数值分析;采用JD-1型轮轨接触试验设备,将黏着系数在水、油污染情况下随速度变化的试验结果与高速轮轨黏着数值模型的计算结果进行对比.结果表明:两者变化趋势一致,数值吻合较好.
