礼法兼治与刘宋士人人格建构

         

摘要

刘宋时期儒学复振的核心是礼法兼治。在崇礼重法的背景下,士人地位提高,礼学著述的数量增加,以儒立身、以札持家的名门不断涌现。与此同时,玄学学术化,众多文士与名僧大德结交,佛教也日渐强调礼法的普世性、合理性。刘宋士人大多囿于门阀利益,移忠作孝,强调对儒家礼法传统的灵活继承,在进退出处之中呈现出多元化的人格特征。%The law-discipline rites was the core of the renaissance of Confucianism in Liu Song Dynasty. Under the background of law - discipline rites being strengthened, the scholar's status was enhanced and the quantities of Confucian works were increased and the famed families performing law-discipline rites sprang up gradually. Meanwhile, metaphysics took on academic feature, many scholars and writers made friends with the famous monks, and the latter admitted the rationality and universality of Confucianism step by step. However, the scholars in Liu Song Dynasty were limited usually in their own family benefits and transfered the loyahy to the piety, so their personalities presented multitraits.
