亚麻籽对蛋鸭产蛋性能、脂质代谢及肝脏SCD1基因表达的影响

         

摘要

The experiment was aimed at studying the effect of flaxseed on the laying performance,serum lipid metabolism and liver Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase(SCD1)gene mRNA expression of laying duck.Choosing 480 Shaoxing sheldrakes which with 50 d age,divided randomly into five groups which include feed additive premix formulas group,containing 1.5% French puffed flaxseed group(the first group),containing 3% French puffed flaxseed group (the second group),containing 3% French puffed flaxseed group (the third group),containing 6.4% domestic squeezed flax cake group (the fourth group).We detected the egg laying capacity,egg quality,polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA),lipid metabolism and the expression level of liver SCD1 gene mRNA.The results indicated that:Compared with the control group and the first group (P < 0.05),the egg weight of the third group were significantly higher than the above two groups,but the laying rate of the fourth group decreased;The level of serum triglyceride (P <0.05) in the first group,the second group and the third group could be significantly decreased;.What's more,the content of york yellowDHA and ω-3 PUFA in the second group were clearly higher than the content of the first and second group.Compared with control group,the gene expression of the SCD1 were significantly decreased in the first,second and third group,in which the expression of the first group was the lowest(P < 0.01).Thus,it could be seen that adding 3.0% of the domestic puffed flaxseed could significantly increased the egg weight,but 6.4% of the domestic squeezed flax cake could significantly decreased laying rate;and puffed flaxseed help to adjust lipid metabolism and PUFA deposition and restrain the gene transcription of liver SCD1.%本试验旨在研究亚麻籽对蛋鸭产蛋性能、血清脂质代谢以及肝脏硬酯酰辅酶A去饱和酶(SCDl)基因mRNA表达的影响.选择480只50日龄绍兴麻鸭,随机分5组,基础饲粮组、含1.5%法国膨化亚麻籽组(试验一组)、含3%法国膨化亚麻籽组(试验二组)、含3.0%国产膨化亚麻籽组(试验三组)、含6.4%国产压榨亚麻饼组(试验四组).测定生产性能、鸭蛋品质及其多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)、脂质代谢以及肝脏SCD1基因mRNA表达水平.结果表明:试验三组蛋质量显著高于对照组和试验一组(P<0.05),试验四组组产蛋率下降.试验一组、试验二组和试验三组能显著降低血清甘油三酯(P<0.05);试验二组蛋黄DHA和ω-3 PUFA含量明显高于试验一组和试验四组(P<0.05).试验一组、试验二组和试验三组都能显著降低SCD1基因表达,试验一表达最低(P<0.01).由此可见,添加3.0%的国产膨化亚麻籽显著增加蛋质量,而6.4%的国产压榨亚麻饼显著降低产蛋率;膨化亚麻籽有利于调节脂质代谢和PUFA沉积,抑制肝脏SCD1基因转录.
