面向数控系统现场总线的通信分析单元的设计与实现

         

摘要

Computer numerical control(CNC)fieldbus communication technology is widely applied in the domain of intelligence man-ufacturing,providing communication services for the exchanges of control messages. The research on CNC fieldbus is one of core re-search contents in the field of high precision industrial manufacturing. In the process of installing,testing and operating of CNC field-bus,maintenance personnel need portative embedded devices which allow maintenance experts to easily read and analyze the data mes-sages that were transmitted on the fieldbus in real time. To solve this problem,this paper designs and implements the CNC fieldbus communication analysis unit,which realizes the capturing,display and analysis of fieldbus data frames under the premise of keeping o-riginal communication unaffected. Through observing various parameters such as quantities,watchdog status,time stamps,position val-ues,the working status of the fieldbus can be accurately judged. The testing program has verified that the unit is capable of collecting fieldbus communication data in real-time.%数控系统现场总线通信技术应用于数控控制系统及从站设备之间,为控制指令的下发及反馈信息的上传提供通信基础,是智能制造技术的核心研究内容之一.在数控系统现场总线的安装、调试与实际运行过程中,检修技术人员需要通过可以实时读取并解析总线上传输的控制数据内容的小型便携嵌入式设备.针对上述问题,本文设计并实现了一种面向数控系统现场总线的通信分析单元,该设备支持数控系统现场总线数据帧的捕获、显示及解析,在保持对原有现场总线通信完全透明的基础上,通过分析捕获数据帧的数量、看门狗的状态、时间戳以及指令中包含的位置值等关键信息,辅助检修人员准确判断现场总线的工作状态.经测试验证,该设备可以对现场总线通信数据进行实时、无遗漏采集.
