思想政治工作历来在党的事业中占有重要的地位,对党的革命事业的发展壮大及成功发挥了重大作用.陕甘宁边区自建立以来,就非常重视思想政治工作的开展,在正确分析抗战形势和任务后,结合中央政策要求,对军队、党内、群众分别开展了不同内容和形式的思想政治教育工作,并取得了明显效果.当前我们的思想政治工作需要借鉴陕甘宁边区思想政治工作的成功经验主要有:适应新需要新要求,切实增强思想政治工作的针对性;时刻维护群众利益,准确把握思想政治工作的根本要求;创新形式与方法,努力提高思想政治工作的实效性.%The ideological and political work occupies an important position in CPC cause,which plays a great role in development and growth and achievement of CPC revolution cause. Since Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region was established,great importance has been attached to the ideological and political work,and achieved a lot with launching different ideological and political work in the army,CPC and the masses after the correct analysis of Anti-Japanese War situation and tasks. At present our ideological and political work should use the experience of ideological and political work in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region ,and adapt to new requirements and innovate the work forms and achieves new transfer of ideological and political work.
