针对前期电网基建工程创优检查中出现的质量问题以及转序环节不严谨的弊端,提出要细化质量管控节点,并在重要节点增加质量监督专检;还提出了质量预警、质量警告、质量约谈三级管控手段,这在实际工程中取得了较好的效果.%In order to solve the quality problems in the "excellence creation" check of the early-stage capital construction project of the power grid as well as the disadvantage of loose order transferring,this paper presents relevant measures like refining the nodes of quality management and control,increasing special quality supervision inspection in the important nodes and presenting the innovative "early warning-warning-admonishment meeting of quality" three-level management and control mode,which have proved effective in a real project.
