Based on the need for the education of humanistic quality in technological colleges,this article probes into effective ways of its implementation such as increasing and optimizing the curriculum provision of humanistic cour-ses,integrating relevant contents about the education of humanistic quality into professional teaching,reinforcing the teachers'training as well as optimizing the teaching staff and creating campus cultures with strong humanism.%根据工科院校人文素质教育的需要，探讨实施人文素质教育的有效途径和方法，提出增加并优化人文学科的设置，在专业教学内容中融入相应的人文素质教育元素，加强教师培训及优化师资队伍，打造充满浓郁人文精神的校园文化等对策。
