Based on the technical reform of a hydropower station, this essay proposes that equipment like LP units, double-fulcrum hydrogenerators, rolling bearings, manual-electric speed controllers, brushless excitation generators and stainless steel wheels be prioritized. Besides,this essay points out the practical significance of the technical re- form for small rural hydropower stations as well.%结合某电站的技改情况,提出技改中优先选择低压机组、两支点水轮发电机、滚动轴承、手电两用调速器、无刷励磁发电机、不锈钢转轮等设备,并明确指出技改对农村小水电站的现实意义。
