Based on the analyses of several typical cases,this essay analyzes the influence of the reactive charging power caused by distributed power on the measurement of electric energy.This essay discusses about two issues in the hot spare operation of the line：one is the phenomenon of active forward and reverse measurement of the electric energy meter,the other is a lower value of cosφ on the light load line than that stipulated in 《Power Factor Adjustment to the Tariff Measures》.Finally,the essay gives relevant solutions to the two issues above.%通过典型案例分析由于分布电容的客观存在而形成的无功充电功率对电能计量的影响。讨论线路热备用运行方式下,电能表有功正反向计量现象和轻载输电线路上cosφ低于《功率因数调整电费办法》中要求的原因,并提出二者的解决办法。
