目的：探讨肿瘤抗原黑素瘤抗原基因A9（MAGE-A9）和MAGE-A11在乳腺癌组织中的表达，并分析其临床意义。方法选取2013年1月到2014年12月间的50例乳腺癌患者为A组，同期50例乳腺良性病变患者为B组，50名健康者为C组。采取免疫组化学染色法检测各组MAGE-A9和MAGE-A11表达，分析其临床意义。结果A组中MAGE-A9和MAGE-A11表达阳性率分别为48.0％、64.0％；B组和C组中MAGE-A9和MAGE-A11无表达，三组间差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）；MAGE-A9和MAGE-A11表达与ER、HER-2相关，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论临床中MAGE-A9和MAGE-A11是肿瘤特异性抗原，在乳腺癌中得到表达，且与HER-2、ER表达具有相关性，在临床中具有重要的意义。%Objective To explore the expression of tumor antigens MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 in tissue of breast cancer and their clin-ical significance. Methods A total of 50 patients with breast cancer in this hospital during January 2013 to December 2014 were allocated in group A,50 patients with benign breast lesions at the same period were allocated in group B,and 50 healthy persons were listed in group C. The expression of MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 had been detected by immuno-histochemical staining and their clinical significance had been evalua-ted. Results The positive expression rates of MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 in group A were 48. 0% and 64. 0% respectively;and there was no expression of MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 in group B and group C,and their difference was statistically significant( P ﹤0. 05). The expression of MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 was correlated with the expression of ER and HER-2,and there was significant difference( P ﹤0. 05). Con-clusion MAGE-A9 and MAGE-A11 are specific-tumor antigens,and they are expressed in breast cancer,and they have correlation with the expression of HER-2 and ER,and they have important clinical significance.
