目的：观察鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的临床效果。方法选择重度 OSAHS 患者32例，均采取鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗，比较患者术前、术后3个月和术后6个月鼻塞 VAS 评分、鼾声 SOS 评分、嗜睡 ESS 评分、鼻阻力、LSaO2和呼吸暂停低通气指数。结果上述指标术后3个月与术前相比，差异均具有高度统计学意义（ P ﹤0.01）；而术后6个月与术后3个月相比，差异无统计学意义（ P ﹥0.05）。结论采取鼻内镜下鼻腔扩容术联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗重度 OSAHS 的临床疗效确切，且术后患者不易复发，值得临床推广施行。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of nasal surgical expansion combined uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in treatment of pa-tients with severe obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS). Methods A total of 32 patients with severe OSAHS were treated by na-sal surgical expansion,and VAS scores,snoring SOS scores,lethargy ESS scores,nasal resistance,LSaO2 and apneic hypopnea index were ap-plied for comparison between pre - operation and post - operation periods . Results There was highly significant statistical difference( P ﹤ 0. 01)in above indicators between pre - operation and 3 months after treatment;and there was no significant statistical difference( P ﹥ 0. 05)in a-bove indicators between 6 months and 3 months after treatment. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness was sure in treatment of severe OSAHS by nasal surgical expansion combined uvulopalatopharyngoplasty with less recurrence,hence it is worthy to be widely implemented.
