Objective To evaluate the safety of cefmetazole sodium injection. Methods The safety of cefmetazole sodium injection was evaluated by allergic test, venous and muscular stimulation test and hemolysis test. Results The . concentration of cefmetazole sodium injection was 0.5 mg/ml, which had no hemolytic and coagulating action on blood of rabbits. The admfinistration of cefmetazole sodium injection through ear vein of rabbit had no siginificant stimulating effect on vessels of rabbit. The allergic dosage of cefmetazole sodium injection was 0.05 mg/kg and its provocation dosage was 0.10 mg/kg, which had no active systemic allergic effect. Conclusion Cefmetazole sodium injection has been proved to be safe under experimental condition.%目的 研究注射用头孢美唑钠的安全性.方法 采用家兔溶血试验、血管刺激性试验和豚鼠全身主动过敏试验观察注射用头孢美唑钠静脉注射用药的局部毒性和全身毒性.结果 注射用头孢美唑钠浓度为0.5 mg/ml,未见兔红细胞溶血或凝集现象产生.兔耳缘静脉给药,没有发生家兔血管刺激性反应.豚鼠全身主动过敏试验,注射用头孢美唑钠致敏剂量0.05 mg/kg,激发剂量0.10 mg/kg,未见豚鼠有全身过敏反应.结论 注射用头孢美唑钠在该实验条件下动物实验是安全的.
