Objective To investigate the influence of nursing interventions on rehabilitation compliance in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods Fifty elderly patients with COPD treated in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2012 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group given routine nursing and observation group added with nursing intervention,25 cases for each.Recurren tates,excellent and effective rates of lung function and rehabilitation compliances between two groups were compared 6 months after discharge .Results The recurrent rate and excellent and effective rate of lung function were 0 and 84.00%(21 /25)in observation group and were 24.00%(6 /25)and 52.00%(13 /25)in control group respectively,and the differences were both significant (P <0.05),whereas the rehabilitation compliance was evidently higher in observation than in control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Con-clusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation compliance and lung func-tion and reduce recurrent rate in COPD patients.%目的：探讨护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者康复依从性的影响。方法选择2011年6月-2012年12月50例老年 COPD 患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各25例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予护理干预，观察2组患者出院后6个月的复发率、肺功能检测优良率及康复依从性的差异。结果观察组无1例复发，肺功能检测优良率84．00％（21/25）；对照组复发率24．00％（6/25），肺功能检测优良率52．00％（13/25），2组差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组的康复依从性与对照组比较有显著差异（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论护理干预可提高 COPD 患者的康复依从性，改善肺功能，降低复发率。
