硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫治超高度近视的效果评价

         

摘要

目的 观察硬性透气性角膜接触镜应用于超高度近视患者的临床疗效,并探讨其对安全性的影响.方法 在2014年6月至2016年6月期间经我院检查确诊为超高度近视患者84例为临床研究病例,采用数字表法随机分成两组,每组42例.观察组给予硬性透气性角膜接触镜进行治疗,对照组给予框架镜进行治疗.观察两组屈光度、视力恢复情况、眼轴长度变化情况以及并发症发生率.结果 观察组治疗后视力恢复情况、屈光度及眼轴长度改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).观察组治疗后1 d、1周、1个月、6个月以及1年的屈光度情况均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).观察组治疗后1周、1个月、6个月以及1年的屈光度情况均优于治疗后1 d,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).观察组治疗后1个月、6个月以及1年的屈光度情况与治疗后1周比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05).观察组治疗后6个月以及1年的屈光度情况与治疗后1个月比较,无明显差别(P >0.05).两组并发症情况比较无差异(P >0.05).结论 超高度近视患者采用硬性透气性角膜接触镜进行治疗,视力改善效果较好,且安全性较高,有助于患者预后.%Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of rigid gas permeable(RGP)contact lens in the treatment of hyperacute myopia,and to explore its safety as well.Methods Eighty-four hyperacute myopia patients who were tested and diagnosed in our hospital between June 2014 and June 2016 were selected as the subjects and were random-ly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given RGP contact lens, and the patients in the control group were treated with glasses.The diopter,recovery of visual acuity,axial length,and in-cidence of complication were observed.Results After treatment,the recovery of visual acuity,diopter and axial length in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The diopter at 1 day,1 week,1 month,6 months and 1 year after treatment were better than that before the treat-ment in observation group and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Diopter at 1 month,6 months and 1 year was different to that at 1 week(P <0.05)but diopter at 6 months and 1 year was not different to that at 1 month.There was no difference in complications between the two groups.Conclusions RGP contact lens for the treatment of hyperacute myo-pia can improve the visual acuity more significantly than glasses do and is safer.RGP contact lens results in better patient satisfaction.
