Objective To evaluate the efficacy of atomizing inhalation of buriesonide suspension and compound ipratropium bromide solution plused montelukast treatment children with postinfectious chronic cough. Methods Total 196 children with postinfectious chronic cough, aged 1 to 8 years, 102 male and 94 female, randomly divided into treatment and control group, 98 children each. The treatment group received atomizing inhalation of budesomde suspension and compound ipratropium bromide solution plused montelukast treatment. The control group only received montelukast treatment, the treatment efficacy was observed and compared between tow groups at 3, 5, 10 day after initial treatment!. Results The cough reduced obviously or even disappeared in a short time in treatment group. The treatment efficacy were significantly different between treatment group and control group (X2 - 43.49 - 55.92, P < 0,01). Conclusions Atomizing inhalation of budesomde suspension and compound ipratropium bromide solution plused montelukast is an effective treatment for children with postinfectious chronic cough.%目的 研究布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的临床疗效.方法 196例感染后咳嗽患儿,男102例、女94例,年龄1～8岁,随机分为治疗组和对照组各98例.治疗组雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴铵溶液联合口服孟鲁斯特咀嚼片,对照组口服孟鲁斯特咀嚼片,比较第3天和第5天、第10天两组之间的疗效.结果 治疗组患儿咳嗽短时间内明显减少甚至消失,两组在治疗第3天、第5天、第10天治疗有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2 ＝ 43.49～55.92,P均＜ 0.01).结论 雾化吸入布地奈德和复方异丙托溴铵联合孟鲁斯特在改善小儿感染后咳嗽的症状方面有一定的疗效.
