目的:探讨吸毒者内隐自尊水平及稳定性与对毒品内隐态度的关系.方法:采用内隐联想测验对160例(最终完成142例)吸毒者的内隐自尊水平进行测量,并测量负反馈情境下其内隐自尊水平的稳定性;采用单类内隐联想测验测量吸毒者对毒品的内隐态度.结果:吸毒者内隐自尊水平与对毒品内隐态度呈正相关(r=0.226,P<0.01),内隐自尊稳定性与对毒品内隐态度呈负相关(r=-0.213,P<0.05).内隐自尊水平能够预测对毒品的内隐态度,并且在内隐自尊稳定性和对毒品内隐态度之间具有中介作用.结论:吸毒者对毒品内隐态度与其内隐自尊水平和内隐自尊稳定性有关,内隐自尊稳定性通过内隐自尊水平的中介作用影响吸毒者对毒品的内隐态度,而内隐自尊水平会直接影响吸毒者对毒品内隐态度,是影响吸毒者复吸行为的重要因素.%Objective:To explore the relationship between implicit self-esteem level,its stability and im-plicit attitude towards drugs in drug addicts. Method:Implicit association test (IAT)and single category im-plicit association test(SC-IAT)were used to measure the drug addicts'implicit self-esteem level and implicit at-titude towards drugs. And the failure feedback task were employed to explore the implicit self-esteem's stability of drug addicts. Results:To the drug addicts,there was a positive correlation between the implicit attitude to-wards drugs and the implicit self-esteem level,there was a negative correlation between the implicit attitude to-wards drugs and the implicit self-esteem's stability level. Drug addicts'implicit self-esteem level could predict their implicit attitude to drugs,and implicit self-esteem level played the complete mediating role between implic-it self-esteem's stability and implicit attitude to drugs. Conclusion:To the drug addicts,both implicit self-es-teem level and its stability are related to the implicit attitude to drugs,the implicit self-esteem level will influ-ence on the attitude of the drug,and the implicit self-esteem's stability affected implicit attitude to drugs through implicit self-esteem level.
