目的：采用结核分枝杆菌特异性IFN-γ酶联免疫斑点（Elispot）检测结核性脑膜炎病人外周血和脑脊液细胞中IFN-γ的表达，评价该方法在结核性脑膜炎诊断中的应用情况。方法采用自建立的结核分枝杆菌特异性IFN-γElispot检测技术（简称Elispot）检测16例结核性脑膜炎病人PBMC和脑脊液中结核菌特异性IFN-γ水平。结果 ELISPOT检测两种细胞分别在ESAT6蛋白和PoolA多肽的作用下，释放的IFN-γ水平均没差别（P＞0.05）；两种标本ELISPOT检测阳性率没有差异（P＞0.05）。结论建立的结核特异性的Elispot检测诊断方法适用于脑脊液标本的检测，并且其检测效果与外周血细胞的检测是基本一致。%Objective To compare the level of IFN-γin blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)of patients with tuberculosis meningitis.Methods The expression of IFN-γin PBMC and CSF was detected in 1 6 TBM patients by Elispot method.Results The level of IFN-γin PBMC and CSF showed no significant difference under the stimu-lation of ESAT-6 and peptide.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Elispot between PBMC and CSF.Conclusion The result shows that Elispot can be used to detect the expression of IFN-γin CSF of TBM pa-tients,as well as in PMBC.
