To meet the requirements of strength under complex conditions,reinforcing welding should be car-ried out on the flat and vertical plate according to the reinforcement design. During the welding of reinforcing, welding deformation should be no more than motor hanger design requirements that is 0. 3 mm error. With the help of the finite element numerical simulation method,the influence of different welding sequence and reverse deformation on motor hanger welding deformation and residual stress is researched in the process of welding of reinforcing. Based on two different welding sequences and three reverse deformation simulations,the feasible optimal welding plan is obtained,which has a certain practical guiding significance to the actual production of the motor hanger.%为满足复杂工况下电机吊架强度要求,根据补强设计方案,需在其上盖板与立板处进行补强焊接.补强焊接过程中,要求焊接变形量不超过电机吊架设计使用要求,即0.3 mm误差.借助有限元数值仿真方法,研究电机吊架在返修补强过程中不同焊接顺序和反变形量对其焊接残余应力和变形的影响,通过对两种不同焊接顺序和三种反变形量进行仿真模拟,获得了可行最优焊接方案,对电机吊架返修补强焊接具有一定的实际指导意义.
