广州市酒家名称采用意象搭配组合形式，具有高度的语言艺术表现力。从美学语言学视角对部分广州市酒家名称所表现的语言艺术体现形式及语言艺术化手段进行阐述，在此基础上对其语言内容所表现的审美特征进行分析、论述和鉴赏。以深化对广州市酒家名称语言艺术的认识、欣赏和利用。%Word-based restaurant names in Guangzhou are image-provoking and highly artistic. In light of Aesthetic Linguistics, this paper classifies 6 types of naming and illustrates the art-form, language art and aesthetic features characterized in the selected exemplified restaurants’ names. And all these may add certain guiding significance to our deepening understanding in the art of restaurants naming and its appreciation.
