外源激素对甜玉米光合特性及产量构成因素的影响

         

摘要

In order to investigate the effects of exogenous plant hormones on the photosynthesis characteristics and yield factors of sweet com, 3 varieties were cultivated and sprayed by different dilutions of Yuhuangjin and Paclobutrazol at full-grown stage. 5 photosynthesis characteristics and 12 yield factors were analyzed by grey correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and path-coefficients analysis. Grey correlation analysis showed that plant height and fresh weight of aerial part were decreased by application of the two sorts of exogenous plant hormones. Therefore, the, yield of sweet com was reduced. The photosynthetic rate was promoted after spraying Yuhuangjin, but no identical trend of photosynthesis characteristics was observed within 3 sweet com varieties after spraying Paclobutrazol. After spraying Yuhuangjin, the plant height and ear height were lower than CK and the yield decreased ranging from 2.71% to 19.64% . Path-coefficients analysis indicated that fresh weight of aerial part contributed most to the yield under treating with 1.0 mL·L-1 of Yuhuangjin. The amount of chlorophyll contributed most to the yield under treating with l.S mL·L-1 of Yuhuangjin. The fresh weight of per bud contributed most to the yield under treating with 0.2% Paclobutrazol. The plant height contributed most to the yield under treating with 0.13% Paclobutrazol.%在大喇叭口期分别用玉黄金和多效唑对3个甜玉米品种进行叶片喷施处理,通过灰色关联分析研究外源激素对甜玉米产量的影响,通过多元回归分析和通径分析研究各处理对甜玉米5个光合特性和12个产量构成因素的影响.结果表明:施用2种激素引起甜玉米株高和地上部鲜重降低,从而导致产量降低.经过玉黄金处理后,光合速率均高于对照,但是经过多效唑处理后,不同品种的光合特性表现不一致.玉黄金使株高、穗位高降低,在矮化植株上的作用比多效唑明显,并引起产量的降低,比对照降低2.71%-19.64%.通径分析表明,1.0 mL·L-1玉黄金处理下,地上部鲜重对产量的贡献率最大;1.5 mL·L-1玉黄金处理下,叶绿素对产量的贡献率最大;0.2%多效唑处理下,单苞鲜重对产量的贡献率最大;0.13%多效唑处理下,株高对产量的贡献率最大.
