Amorphous ribbons of the FeCoMoCrZr alloy with different Cr/Mo ratios were prepared by melt-spun method and annealed at different temperatures.X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer were adopted to study the effect of Cr/Mo ratios on the crystallization processes and magnetic properties of (Fe0.5 8 Co0.42)73Mo17-xCrxZr10 amorphous ribbons.The results show that when x ranges from 9 to 17,the ribbons are in an amorphous state.The crystallization process of (Fe0.58 Co0.42 )73 Mo5 Cr12 Zr10 is Am →α-Fe(Co)+ CrFe4+Fe23 Zr6+Cr2 Mo,but the crystallization process of (Fe0.58 Co0.42 )73 Cr17 Zr10 is Am →α-Fe(Co)+ Am′→α-Fe (Co)+ CrFe4+ Fe3 Ni2+ unidentified phase;Increasing Cr/Mo ratios decrease the thermal stability of the al-loys and increase the precipitation ofα-Fe(Co)after annealing.The changing of magnetic properties of the two alloys are different with increasing annealing temperature.Annealed below Tp ,the value of saturation magneti-zation Ms of (Fe0.58 Co0.42 )73 Mo5 Cr12 Zr10 alloy increases slowly with increasing the annealing temperature,but the Ms of (Fe0.58 Co0.42 )73 Cr17 Zr10 alloy increases quickly with increasing the annealing temperature.%采用单辊急冷法制备了一系列不同 Cr/Mo比的 FeCoMoCrZr 非晶薄带,并对该系非晶合金进行等温热处理.用 XRD和 VSM研究 Cr/Mo 比的变化对(Fe0.58 Co0.42)73 Mo17-x Crx Zr10系非晶合金晶化过程和磁性能的影响.结果表明,x 在9~17之间变化时,所制备的合金薄带为非晶结构;(Fe0.58 Co0.42)73 Mo5 Cr12 Zr10非晶合金的晶化过程为:Am →α-Fe(Co)+CrFe4+Fe23 Zr6+Cr2 Mo,(Fe0.58 Co0.42)73 Cr17 Zr10非晶合金的晶化过程为:Am →α-Fe(Co)+ Am′→α-Fe(Co)+ CrFe4+Fe3 Ni2+未知相;Cr/Mo 比例的增加降低了合金的热稳定性,促进了退火后α-Fe(Co)相的析出.两种合金的饱和磁化强度Ms随退火温度的变化趋势相同但幅度不同,在低于晶化峰值温度Tp退火,(Fe0.58 Co0.42)73 Mo5 Cr12 Zr10合金的Ms随退火温度的升高缓慢上升;而(Fe0.58 Co0.42)73 Cr17 Zr10合金的Ms随退火温度的升高快速大幅上升.
