现阶段在我国高校辅导员队伍建设及发展的过程中,虽获得了很多肯定,取得不少成绩,但同时也暴露出一些问题。有鉴于此,必须建立起科学、高标准的选聘制度,提高岗位准入门槛,要求专业对口,明确岗位工作职责和要求,剥离杂务,专注“正务”。与此同时,逐步实现高校辅导员考核工作的制度化、规范化和科学化,充分发挥其对高校辅导员履职情况的鉴定、导向和激励作用,全面提升高校辅导员的综合素质和工作积极性从而保证队伍建设的顺利开展。%At the process of building and development of the college counselor in our country, it obtains a lot of af- firmation and progress, but also exposes some problems.
