Co-ordination of urban and rural teachers must be resolved.Currently,little systematic research in this area can be found,which mainly relates to the significance,the faced-problems and the countermeasures of co-ordination.Such research has achieved some results,but also has many deficiencies.Further research should broaden the scope and vision,and strengthen synthesis and humanistic concern.%中国的城乡中小学教师统筹发展问题殛待解决。当前该领域的系统研究较少,主要涉及统筹发展的意义、面临的问题、相关对策等,而与之相关的城乡教师均衡配置、城乡中小学教师交流、城乡中小学教师专业化发展的研究相对活跃。相关研究取得了一定成果,但也有诸多不足。未来研究应拓宽范围和视野,加强研究的综合性及人文观照。
