目的:探讨早期梅毒患者外周血中氧化应激与免疫功能指标水平变化及意义.方法:选取82例早期梅毒患者作为研究对象,分为一期梅毒组(n=25),二期梅毒组(n=28)及早期隐性梅毒组(n=29),另选取8O例健康体检者作为对照组,比较各组对象氧化应激[丙二醛(M DA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]及免疫功能指标[T 淋巴细胞:CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+;免疫球蛋白:IgA,IgG 和IgM]水平.结果:观察组MDA、IgA、IgG、IgM 及CD8+水平均显著高于对照组,且二期梅毒组及早期隐性梅毒组IgA,IgG、IgM 及CD8+水平均显著高于一期梅毒组,其中二期梅毒组IgA,IgM、CD8+水平均显著高于早期隐性梅毒组,差异有统计学意义(PO.O5);观察组SOD、CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+水平均较对照组水平显著降低,且二期梅毒组及早期隐性梅毒组CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+水平显著低于一期梅毒组,且二期梅毒组水平均显著低于早期隐性梅毒组,差异有统计学意义(PO.O5).结论:早期梅毒患者存在显著氧化应激及免疫功能异常,其指标检测对该病诊断及预后等具有重要临床价值.%Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of oxidative stress and immune function in peripheral blood of patients with early syphilis.Methods:A total of 82 cases of early syphilis patients as the research object(the observa-tion group),and they were divided into primary syphilis group(n=25),secondary syphilis group(n=28)and early latent syphilis group(n=29),another 8O healthy subjects were selected as the control group,the oxidative stress[malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and immune function index[T lymphocyte,CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+, Ig:IgA,IgG and IgM]levels were compared in each group.Results:The observation group MDA,IgA,IgG,IgM and CD8+levels were significantly higher than control group,the levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and CD8+in the secondary syphilis group and early latent syphilis group were significantly higher than that of the primary syphilis group,and the secondary syphilis group IgA,IgM and CD8+levels were significantly higher than the early latent syphilis group(PO.O5);The levels of SOD,CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the secondary syphilis group and early latent syphilis group CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels were significantly lower than that of primary syphilis group, and the secondary syphilis group were significantly lower than early latent syphilis group(PO.O5);Conclusion:There are significant oxi-dative stress and abnormal immune function in early syphilis patients,and the detection of these indexes has an important clini-cal value for the diagnosis and prognosis of the disease.
