微波热解污泥过程中NOx前驱物产生影响因素

         

摘要

The nitrogen-containing gas that obtained from the microwave-induced pyrolysis of sewage sludge are mainly in the form of NH3 and HCN that are the important NO., precursors, whose quantity of generation are greatly influenced by the final temperature of pyrolysis and moisture content. Based on these two factors, this paper discussed on the generation rules of NH3 and HCN showed that the yields of both gases increased with the rose of final temperature and moisture content. From 300 ℃ to 1 000 ℃ ,the NH3 yields rose to 30. 29% from 16. 76% ,and the HCN yields rose to 17.19% from 0. 81%. At the temperature of 800 ℃, the NH3 yields of dewatered sludge and dried sludge were 19.4% and 8. 82% respectively, and the HCN yields were 16.07% and 8. 87% respectively.%在微波热解污泥的过程中,污泥中的氮主要转化为NH3和HCN存在于气态产物中,它们是重要的NOx前驱物,其转化产率在很大程度上受热解终温和污泥含水率的影响.从以上两个影响因素出发,研究污泥中氮转化产率的变化规律,结果表明,从300℃到1 000℃,NH3的产率从16.76%上升到30.29%,而HCN的产率则从0.81%上升到17.19%,气态中氮的含量随着热解终温的升高而增大;在800℃时,原泥和干泥的NH3产率分别为19.4%和8.82%,原泥和干泥的HCN产率分别为16.07%和8.87%,污泥含水率越高,NH3和HCN的产率也越大.
