Analyzed within the framework of Mass Communication and starting with the strategy of initiation, attachment and expansion, the present research aims to integrate red cultural resources,realize reasonable cultural validity and establish Xibaipo as first- class red memory literary brand so as to develop the local tourism industries and advance relevant industries.
