不同氮水平对马铃薯块茎增长、产量和维生素C含量的影响

         

摘要

The effect of different nitrogen application rates on tuber bulking,yield and Vitamin C content of potato were studied in field experiments. The results showed that compared with N0,potato tuber dry matter accumulation was increased from 42.8% to 91.59%by nitrogen treatments at harvest,nitrogen fertilizer application increased the yield of potato on the basis of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,and yield was increased from 22.3% to 61.48%,excessive nitrogen fertilizer decreased vitamin C content at potato tuber of development later stage.%采用田间试验的方法,研究了不同氮水平对马铃薯块茎增长、产量及维生素C含量的影响。试验结果表明:马铃薯收获时,块茎干物质积累量各施氮处理比不施氮处理增加了42.8%~91.6%;在施用磷钾肥的基础上配施氮肥可提高马铃薯的产量,增产幅度达22.3%~61.5%;过高的氮肥用量使马铃薯块茎发育后期的维生素C含量显著降低。
