结合高校广播电视编导专业影视后期课程的特点,运用任务驱动教学法创设情境、提交作品、以赛促学、校企合作等措施,培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的实践能力,解决了之前教学过程中存在的实践教学和理论教学脱节、学生学习兴趣不足、创作积极性不高等问题,对编导专业实践教学体系和人才培养机制的完善具有重要意义.%Combined with the course characteristics of post-production of film and TV of the specialty of Broadcasting and TV Director in colleges and universities,the author applied the measures such as task-driving teaching,situation creating,works submitting,study promoting by competition,school-enterprise cooperation,and so on,to cultivate the learning interest of students,improve student's practical ability,solve the problems during the process of teaching such as the divergence of practical and theoretical teaching,insufficient learning interest of students,less enthusiasm of creation,and so on,which has an important value and significance for the perfection of practical teaching system and personnel training system of Director specialty.
