The paper takes Food Science Department of Maanshan Teacher ’ s College as an example ,analyzes the reasons of conflicts between students and enterprises during students ’ mid-term practice,i.e.incorrect orientation of themselves and shortage of changing places reflection;uncorrected mentality and shortage of rational recognition;wrong attitudes and shortage of broad mind;wrong requirements and shortage of understanding .To improve the effect of mid-term practice of students and reduce the conflicts ,teachers should find the crux of the problem ,get their i-deas into shape ,sum up the essential of conflicts so as to be good at teaching;find the root of complaints so as to be frankly;conclude the cause and effect of issues so as to learn a lesson .%以马鞍山师范高等专科学校食品学院为例,分析了学生实习期间与企业之间产生矛盾的原因:没有摆正各自的位置,缺乏换位思考;没有矫正各自的心态,缺乏理性认知;没有端正各自的态度,缺乏宽容心胸;没有修正各自的要求,缺乏豁达理解的襟怀。为了提高学生中期实习的效果,减少矛盾的发生,教师必须梳理出问题的“症结”,理清思路;归纳出矛盾的“实质”,循循善诱;开敞出埋怨的“根由”,开诚布公;总结出事情的“因果”,引以为戒。
