目前我国大学生就业难已成为不争的事实，从大学生角度应对就业难问题，就要培养大学生自身的职业生涯可持续发展能力。文章分析了大学生职业生涯可持续发展能力的内涵和结构维度，依据不同层次和类别高校的优势和特色，从机制、理念、能力、质量四个方面，总结出高校培养大学生职业生涯可持续发展能力的共同路径，并分类探讨了学术型大学和职业型大学的特色路径。%At present,China’ s employment problem of college students has become an indisputable fact .To deal with the problem from the angle of college students ,we should cultivate the career sustainable development ability of college students .For the current new reform related to modern vocational education system in China ’ s education field and new research themes of career sustainable development ability of college students ,the articles analyzes the connotation and structure of career sustainable development ability of college students ,concludes the common chan-nels to cultivate the ability according to the advantages and features of colleges and universities of different levels and categories and from four aspects ,i.e.mechanism,idea,capacity and quality.The featured development channels of academic and professional universities are explored as well according to different classification .
