In recent years,because of the rapid development of animation industry ,talent gap is large.So,the devel-opment prospect of animation design and production profession in vocational colleges is very broad .But there are a lot of problems existing in the current practical teaching of animation design and production in vocational colleges , which affecting the quality of talent cultivation .In order to improve teaching quality of this profession ,we should re-form from the construction of practical curriculum system with “three hierarchical modular",the selection of practi-cal teaching methods,and the construction of practical teaching mode of “factory in school and school in factory".%近年来，动漫产业飞速发展，人才缺口比较大，高职院校动漫设计与制作专业的发展前景非常广阔。但是目前高职院校动漫设计与制作专业的实践教学存在诸多问题，影响着该专业人才培养的质量。为了提高该专业的教学质量，应从“三层次模块化”实践课程体系的构建、实践教学方法的选择、“校中厂”与“厂中校”实践教学模式的建设等方面进行改革。
