In the C language,data types and operators are rich. But its concept is complex and its rules are various. According to the characteristics and cognitive law of professional learner,teachers are faced with the primary teaching tasks which are how to design teaching methods,to lay stress on the emphasis and disperse the problem, to teach and explain profound theories of the C language course in simple language. To improve the teaching effect of C program design, this paper puts forward some teaching method to improve teaching effects of the C program design.%C语言中数据类型和运算符丰富，概念复杂，规则繁多，针对学习者的专业特点和认识规律，如何设计教学方法、强调重点、分散难点、深入浅出地教好C语言课程，已成为任课教师教学研究的首要任务，文章提出了一些改进C程序设计教学的方法，以提高C程序设计的教学效果。
