In order to strengthen the development, popularization and sharing of quality education resources, the Education Ministry proposed the construction objectives and requirements of Quality Resources Sharing Courses in 2011. It will be the new direction and focus of course construction in Chinese colleges and universities after the Quality Courses construction. In view of the characteristics and requirements of Quality Resources Sharing Course, this paper analyzes the present situation of the Quality Resources Sharing Course, Management, which has been ap-proved, puts forward clearly the construction thoughts of the Management, and studies the systemic construction scheme and the main points.%为了加强优质教育资源开发、普及、共享，国家教育部在2011年提出建设精品资源共享课的目标和要求。这是在2003年开始的精品课程建设之后，未来一段时期内，我国高等教育课程建设的方向与重点。文章从准确把握精品资源共享课的特点与要求入手，基于对我国已获批《管理学》精品资源共享课情况的深入分析，明确《管理学》精品资源共享课建设思路，研究系统性建设方案及重点。
