College students are individuals with life and thought. The college teachers should take the "people"concept, attitude and methods of ideological and political education, to give humanistic care. This is conducive to en-hance the appeal of ideological and political education of College Students. This paper discusses the strategies of hu-manistic care in the ideological and political education of college students.%大学生是有生命、有思想的个体，高校教师要以“人”的理念、态度及方法进行思想政治教育，给予人文关怀，这有利于增强大学生思想政治教育的感染力。本文对大学生思想政治教育中人文关怀的策略进行了探讨。
