少数民族大学生是加快民族地区发展建设的精英人才，是维护民族地区团结稳定的重要力量。在微文化背景下，少数民族大学生的思想观念、生活方式、价值取向等方面出现新变化，产生新问题，价值观教育面临新的机遇和挑战，对少数民族大学生健康成长造成重大影响。通过对微文化的含义和主要特征的分析，结合少数民族大学生的特点，阐述了微文化对少数民族大学生价值观的影响，提出了微文化背景下少数民族大学生价值观教育的对策。%Minority college students play an important role in is promoting the development and construction in national regions of elite talent and are an important force in maintaining regional ethnic unity and stable. In cultural background,the minority college students’ ideology, life style, value orientation, etc. have a new change, new problems and values education is facing new opportunities and challenges, which has a significant impact on minority college students’ healthy growth. Based on micro cultural meaning and the analysis of the main characteristics and by combining with the characteristics of minority college students, this paper expounds the influence of culture of ethnic minority college students’ values is proposed micro culture under the background of ethnic minority college students’ values education countermeasures.
