目前,我国计算机专业技能人才的市场需求很大,但是存在岗位缺口大,专业人才短缺严重等问题.因此,如何培养适合企业发展需要的计算机专业技能人才成为主要问题.文章分析了计算机专业目前存在的情况,探讨了如何构建培养方案并进行实践研究.%At present, there is a great demand for computer talents in our country. However the serious problem is that job gap and shortage of computer talents exist. Therefore, how to cultivate computer talents which are suitable for the enterprise development has become a huge problem for higher vocational colleges. The paper analyzes the present situation of the computer major and explores on how to construct cultivation plan and carry on the practice research.
