The blood indexes of carps after feeding artificial feeds with urea and without urea were analyzed. Results showed that there were no significant difference in the contents of ammonia and urea in blood between the controls and tests. Essential amino acid indexes in both groups were 93.80 and 96.48 respectively; chemical scores were 45.27 and 49.84 respectively; methionine,lysine and arginine were all limited amino acids in the plasma and the contents of leucine in controls and tests were much higher than standard requirement.%在鲤鱼配合饲料中添加一定量的尿素，与对照组相比，鲤鱼血氨的质量浓度无显著性差异，血液中尿素质量浓度也无显著性差异，但在0.1水平上有差异。试验组与对照组血浆必需氨基酸指数分别为93.80和96.48，化学分分别为45.27和49.84。蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸为共同的限制性氨基酸，而亮氨酸大大高于标准氨基酸的需要量。
