贝那普利结合自体脾细胞控制肾小球肾炎的实验效果分析

         

摘要

目的:通过动物模型分析贝那普利结合自体脾细胞控制肾小球肾炎的效果.方法:将48只清洁级SD大鼠,分为正常对照组(16只)、贝那普利治疗组(16只)、联合治疗组(16只),为贝那普利治疗组、联合治疗组建立肾小球肾炎模型,贝那普利治疗组选择贝那普利水溶液进行灌胃治疗,对照组用等量生理盐水灌胃,联合治疗组在贝那普利治疗组治疗的基础上给予自体脾细胞输注治疗.结果:联合治疗组治疗后3d、28d的CD4、CD8阳性细胞百分比都明显高于贝那普利治疗组,上述两组也都明显高于正常对照组.治疗后3d、28d联合治疗组的血清BUN与Scr值都明显低于贝那普利治疗组,并且与正常对照组的血清BUN与Scr值无显著性差异.贝那普利治疗组、联合治疗组与正常对照组治疗后28d的肾小球硬化评分分别为2.11±0.44分、1.03±0.22分和0.67±0.11分,对比差异有统计学意义.结论:贝那普利结合自体脾细胞治疗肾小球肾炎能提高大鼠的免疫功能,改善肾功能,有效抑制肾小管损害,有很好的应用价值.%Objective To analysis the effect of Benner Pury combined with autologous spleen cells on glomerulonephritis by animal model. Methods 48 clean grade SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, Benner Pury treatment group, combined treatment group, 16 rats in each group, Benner Pury treatment group and combined treatment group were established model of glomerulonephritis, Benner Pury treatment group was chose Benner Pury in aqueous solution by gavage treatment, the control group was given with normal saline, the combined treatment group was given autologous spleen cells infusion therapy combined Benner Pury treatment. Results After treatment 3d and 28d, the percentages of CD4 and CD8 positive cells in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Benner Pury treatment group, and the two groups were also significantly lower than that of the normal control group. After treatment 3d and 28d, the serum BUN and Scr values in com-bined treatment groups were significantly lower than those in the Benner Pury treatment group, compared with the normal con-trol group, the difference was not statistically significant. The glomerulosclerosis scoresafter treatment 28d in the Benner Pury treatment group, combined treatment group and normal control group were 2.11±0.44 points, 1.03±0.22 points and 0.67±0.11 points, there were statistically significant difference. Conclusion Benner Pury combined with autologous spleen cells in the treatment of glomerulonephritis can improve the immune function of rats, improve renal function, and effectively inhibit renal tubular damage, so it has a good application values.
