目的:研究参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗对老年2型糖尿病患者疗效及预后的影响.方法:选取2014年1月~2016年12月接诊的60例老年2型糖尿病患者进行研究.按照随机数表法,将所有患者随机均分为观察组和对照组.对照组给予患者常规降糖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗.治疗前后,比较两组患者血糖相关指标及血脂水平.结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者FBG、2hBG、HbA1c等血糖相关指标水平明显降低;治疗前,两组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平无显著性差异;治疗后,两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均显著降低,且观察组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显低于对照组;治疗前后,两组患者的HDL-C水平无明显变化.两组患者治疗后,均未出现严重不良反应,两组不良反应发生状况无显著性差异.结论:参芪降糖颗粒辅助治疗对老年2型糖尿病患者血脂及血糖的改善效果良好,其机制可能与参芪降糖颗粒对胰岛素抵抗状况的治疗作用有关,值得广泛推广和应用.%Objective To study the effect of Jiangtang Tongmai Capsule on the prognosis and the prognosis of elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. According to the random number table method, all patients were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group. The control group was given routine hypoglycemic treatment, and the observation group was given the treatment of Jiangtang Tongmai Capsule on the basis of the control group. Before and after treatment, the blood glucose related indexes and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with FBG, 2hBG, HbA1c and other blood glucose related indicators were significantly lower; Before treatment, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels of the two groups of patients with had no significant difference; after treatment, the TC, TG and LDL-C of the two groups of were significantly lower and the TC, TG and LDL-C levels patients of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group; the HDL-C level of the two groups were no significant changes before and after treatment. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were no significant difference. Conclusion The improvement effect of Jiangtangtongmai capsule adjuvant therapy on blood lipid levels and blood sugar in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is good, the therapeutic effect and its mechanism may be Jiangtangtongmai Capsule on insulin resistance, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
