目的:研究卡介苗初次免疫和再次免疫Balb/c小鼠后,抗PPD IgG、IgM抗体的检测,并探索其动态变化规律.方法:健康雌性Balb/c小鼠,随机分成腹部皮内注射BCG组和生理盐水对照组,先后进行2次免疫.应用间接ELISA法,检测血清中特异性抗PPD IgG、IgM抗体.结果:自初次免疫第50天开始,抗PPD IgG抗体的总体OD值均数,BCG免疫组与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义.第60天再次免疫,第65天开始,抗PPD IgG抗体的总体OD值均数,其差异具有统计学意义,而抗PPD IgM抗体的总体OD值均数与对照组相比,差异没有统计学意义.结论:BCG初次免疫Balb/c小鼠后,抗PPD IgG抗体整体呈上升趋势,再次免疫后,可在短时间内快速上升,并在长时间内维持一个较高水平.抗PPD IgM抗体没有显示动态变化.%Objective To detect the PPD-specific IgG levels and IgM levels induced by BCG in mice, and explore the dynamic changes. Methods Healthy female Balb/c mice were randomly divided into groups within the abdomen intradermal injection of BCG and saline control group, and were immunized twice successively. Specific anti-PPDIgG、IgM antibodies in serum were detected by indirect ELISA. Results After the first immunization, compared with the control group, the differenceof anti-PPD IgG antibodies overall mean OD value from the 50th day was statistically significant in BCG immunized group. Reimmunization was performed onthe 60th day. The difference of anti-PPD IgG antibodies overall mean OD value in the 65th daywas statistically significant. But in the whole process of immunization, the anti-PPDIgM OD values overall mean difference was not statisticallysignificant. Conclusion After the first immunization, the titer of anti-PPD IgG antibodies was detected in a significantincrease trend. After the second immunization, the titer of anti-PPD IgG antibodies had a rapid rise in a short time, and maintained a high level for a long time. The titer of anti-PPDIgM had no dynamic changes.
