通过对张家界市城市社区教育资源和居民终身学习需求的调查,梳理了张家界城区现有的社区教育资源状况,发现张家界市目前社区教育资源远远不能满足社区居民的学习需求,并对如何合理整合、拓展有限的社区教育资源,构建张家界社区终身学习中心提出了建议。%The investigation on the demands for education resources and lifelong learning in the residents in Zhangjiajie city shows that the community education resources are far from meeting the demands.And finally this paper puts forwards some suggestion on how to integrate,explore the limited community education resources so as to set up Zhangjiajie community lifelong learning center.
