Through taking the seismic accrediting and reinforcement on a middle school teaching building in Changde city, and combining the present seismic appraisal standards, it were expound that the basic process of seismic appraisal and the concrete method of seismic reinforcement. And a seismic evaluation method was concluded for such type of building. The existing structural defects were found and a series of effective and economical strengthening measures were used.% 对常德市某中学砖混结构教学楼进行了抗震鉴定与加固，结合现行抗震鉴定标准阐述了抗震鉴定的基本流程以及采用抗震加固的具体方法。总结出此类结构的抗震鉴定方法，找出了该房屋存在的结构缺陷，采取了有效合理、经济适用的加固处理措施。
