光动力联合平阳霉素局封治疗尖锐湿疣90例临床观察

         

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of photodynamic treatment with pingyangmycinum for condyloma acuminatum. Methods 90 patients with Condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into observation group and control group(control group 1 and control group 2). Results There were markedly effective 19 cases(63.3%), effective 10 cases(33.3%)and invalid 1 case(3.3%), the total effective 63 cases(96.7%); control group, markedly effective 15 cases(50.0%)and effective 9 cases(30.0%), invalid 6 cases(20.0%), total 24 cases(80.0%); control group, markedly effective 13 cases(43.3%), effective 10 cases(33.3%), invalid 7 cases(23.3%), total effective 23 cases(76.7%). The total efficiency of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2(P<0.05); compared with the efficiency of observation group and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The inefficiency of the observation group and control group 1 and 2 was statistically significant(P <0.05). There were 1 case of recurrence in observation group(3.3%),4 cases of recurrence in control group 1(13.3%) and 3 cases of recurrence in control group 2(10.0%). Conclusion Photodynamic combined with Pingyangmycinum in the local block therapy of condyloma acuminatum is more effective,which can reduce the recurrence rate effectively,and worthy of clinical application.%目的 观察光动力联合平阳霉素局封治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效.方法 将90例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组(对照组1和对照组2).比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率和复发率.结果 观察组显效19例(63.3%),有效10例(33.3%),无效1例(3.3%),总有效29例(96.7%);对照组1显效15例(50.0%),有效9例(30.0%),无效6例(20.0%),总有效24例(80.0%);对照组2显效13例(43.3%),有效10例(33.3%),无效7例(23.3%),总有效23例(76.7%).观察组总有效率显著高于对照组1和对照组2,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组显效率与对照组2比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组1、2的无效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组复发率1例(3.3%),对照组1复发率4例(13.3%),对照组2复发率3例(10.0%).结论 光动力联合平阳霉素局封治疗较单联用法更有效,并能有效的降低复发率,值得临床推广使用.
