目的 分析开展药学干预对提高临床中药注射剂使用合理性的作用.方法 分别对药学干预前后各3个月中使用过中药注射剂的归档病例进行分析,从药品适应症、用法用量、溶媒、疗程以及有无混合配伍等方面对其合理性进行评价,并根据分析结果采用PDCA的模式对临床科室进行干预.结果 根据统计分析结果对实际使用中存在的问题进行临床药学干预后,我院中药注射剂使用合理性取得了显著的改善.注射用血栓通、参麦注射液及苦黄注射液临床使用的合理性分别从干预前的35.71％、50％和67.65％提升到两次干预后的79.17％、91.3％和91.49％.结论 采用PDCA的模式,通过药学干预对于临床中药注射剂的合理使用具有显著的促进作用.%Objective To analysis the effect of pharmacy intervention in promoting the rationality on use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection(TCMI). Methods The filed cases in which TCMI was used during the three months before and after a pharmacy intervention were analysis from drug indications,usage and dosage,solvent,course of treatment and mixed compatibility for the reasonable evaluation,and then to carry out the intervention with PDCA mode in the clinical departments according to the results of analysis. Results After carrying out the clinical pharmacy intervention on the problems of TCMI use according to the statistical analysis,our use rationality on TCMI made significant improvements. The clinical use rationality of the xueshuangtong injection,the shenmai injection and the kuhuang injection were improved from 35.71%,50% and 67.65% to 79.17%,91.3% and 91.49% respectively after twice pharmacy interventions. Conclusion The pharmacy intervention with PDCA mode demonstrated a significant positive role in clinical rational use of TCMI.
