Universities of whole country have reached agreement on the importance of talent cultivation at present, and have lanuched many important measures to cultivate talents. But the majority of measures are confined to the cultivation of talents, pay no attention to college students. In order to make all students become talents, everyone finds the direction of development which is suitable for themselves, the comprehensive promotion of humanistic quality education in college students is very important and ur- gent. From three aspects of conception, content, implementation path, a few shallow views of students' humanistic quality educa- tion are expounded.%当前全国高校对人才培养的重要性已经达成了共识，并且启动了许多积极有力的措施，这些都是可贵的。但多数措施局限于培养尖端人才，没有关注全体大学生群体。为了使全体大学生人人成才，人人找到适合于自己的发展方向，高校如何在大学生中全面推进人文素养教育显得十分重要而迫切。从构想、内容、实施路径三个方面阐述了大学生人文素养教育的几点粗浅看法。
