养老护理行业的职业偏见与社会歧视

         

摘要

Vocation prej udice and social discrimination is a common social psychological phenome-non,but few studies have covered the vocation prej udice and social discrimination on nursing care for the aged.In the aging society,the nursing care for the aged becomes more and more important,but the nursing staff is scarce,which seriously restrict the development of nursing career.Therefore,based on the introduction of the concept of vocation prej udice and social discrimination,this paper expounds the main manifestations of the prej udice and discrimination on nursing care for the aged,and analyzes the main influences of vocation prej udice and discrimination on nursing care for the aged.The authors sug-gest that further researches should focus on the causes of and the countermeasures to prevent and over-come the vocation prej udice and social discrimination on nursing care for the aged,in order to promote the development of nursing team.%职业偏见和社会歧视是比较普遍的社会心理现象,但少有研究涉足养老护理行业的职业偏见与社会歧视。在当前老龄化社会,养老护理行业日显重要,但养老护理队伍却奇缺,严重制约了养老护理事业的发展。因此,在介绍职业偏见和社会歧视概念的基础上,阐述了养老护理行业偏见与歧视的主要表现,并分析了职业偏见与歧视对养老护理行业的主要危害。研究认为,要在探明养老护理行业偏见与歧视产生原因的基础上,探讨预防与克服养老护理行业职业偏见与社会歧视的相应对策,以促进养老护理行业的队伍建设与健康发展。
