当前高校专职心理咨询资源紧缺，兼职心理咨询师成为高校心理咨询服务工作的主要工作力量，他们的专业化发展对促进学生健康发展，维护校园和谐稳定具有不可取代的作用。本文从兼职心理咨询师工作队伍的构成与角色定位、专业发展的厘定与制约因素等方面入手，深入探讨推进其专业化发展的长效机制，以期能为当前高等教育中心理健康教育工作添砖加瓦。%As the full time counseling resources are in short supply,part time counselors are be-coming the major work force of the psychological consultation service in University.Their professional development plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the healthy development of students,as well as in maintaining a stable and harmonious campus.This paper has an exploration on the form,role positio-ning,and professional development of determining and restricting factors of part time counselors,and a depth study of long term mechanism to promote their professional development.It is hoped that it will have a little contribution to the development of current mental health education in higher education.
