四氢原小檗碱类化合物(THPBs)具有多种生物活性,制备多种多样的 THPBs 衍生物对开发该类化合物具有重要意义。在文献调研基础上,对目前最常用的两条全合成路线的每一步反应特点以及各自优缺点进行了探索性的评价。结果表明,路线一更适合制备结构多样的 THPBs 衍生物。%Tetrahydroprotoberberines (THPBs)have been demonstrated to possess various biological activities.The preparation of structurally diverse THPBs is very important for the development of this kind of compounds.In this paper,the characteristics of each step in the two most commonly used syn-thetic routes for preparing THPBs are analyzed based on literature research,the advantages and disad-vantages of these strategies are also discussed.The results show that route 1 was more suitable for the preparation of THPBs.
