“Uropoietic influence factors”is a classic proj ect of functional experiment,whose main purpose is to equip students with the basic surgical procedures on rabbits,and to observe the effects of various factors between arterial blood pressure and urine output and analysis mechanisms.But actually, the success rate is low.We carry out a series of reforms,such as changing drug inj ection,improving the preparation,and choosing a more appropriate surgical approach,which greatly improves the success of surgery rate,and enhances student’self confidence.%“尿生成的影响因素”是机能学实验经典实验项目之一，主要目的是让学生掌握家兔的基本手术操作，观察多种因素对家兔动脉血压和尿量的影响并分析机制。而在开设此项目时，发现由于多种原因造成实际成功率较低。在进行了一系列尝试改革，比如改变药物注射问题、做好实验准备、选择更适宜的手术方式后，极大的提高了手术成功率，增强了学生的自信心。
