Under the information technology environment,educational technology has made great achieve-ment.The application of the means of information teaching has made remote teaching,resource sharing and on line teaching possible,and enabled the emergence of the net course,video courses and reversible classroom teaching,which has laid a foundation for the micro class production.Micro teaching is to promote students’self learning as the goal through the information instructional design,brief and complete teaching activities focusing on a certain knowledge point or a certain link of teaching activity.The paper briefly explains the concept and fea-tures of the micro class,which opens up a new way for teachers’development and teaching innovation.%信息化的环境下，教育技术不断发展，信息化教学手段的应用使得远程教学、资源共享、在线教学逐渐成为现实，促成网络课程、视频课程和颠倒教室教学模式的出现，为微课的产生奠定了基础。微课是以促进学生自主学习为目标，通过精心的信息化教学设计，围绕某个知识点或教学活动环节开展的简短、完整的教学活动。文章围绕微课新技术的概念、特征进行了深入浅出的讲解，为教师发展和教学创新开辟了新的思路。
